As BD Manager, you'll drive adoption of Wormhole's technology by:
- Owning the full deal cycle from lead gen to closed partnerships
- Becoming the go-to expert on Wormhole's cross-chain solutions
- Identifying high-potential projects across DeFi, NFTs, infrastructure
- Shaping GTM strategy for key verticals
🔥 What You'll Do
✅ Lead Generation & Management
- Triage inbound leads from 200+ integrated chains
- Develop targeted outbound strategies for high-value prospects
✅ Partnership Development
- Close deals with top protocols, DAOs, and developers
- Structure win-win partnerships (grants, integrations, co-marketing)
✅ Ecosystem Growth
- Represent Wormhole at conferences and hackathons
- Work with engineering to shape product roadmap based on partner needs
🏆 Who We Want
✔️ 3+ years in BD (2+ in Web3 - DeFi, infra, or NFTs)
✔️ Deep crypto knowledge (you speak fluent TG/Discord)
✔️ Existing network across multiple blockchain ecosystems
✔️ Technical enough to explain cross-chain messaging
✔️ Proactive hustler who thrives in fast-paced environments
