✨ The Role

As a Client Success Manager, you’ll bridge finance and tech to onboard and grow institutional clients (hedge funds, brokers, custodians). You’ll:

  • Demo the platform to C-level execs and trading desks.
  • Troubleshoot API integrations (REST, WebSocket, FIX) hands-on.
  • Drive upsells by aligning our tech with clients’ liquidity needs.

This is a hybrid role for a fintech-savvy problem solver who thrives in fast-paced markets.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

1. Client Onboarding & Support

  • Guide clients through API integration using logs, keys, and docs.
  • Debug issues – from connectivity glitches to settlement workflows.

2. Revenue Growth

  • Identify upsell opportunities (e.g., new asset classes, prime services).
  • Use Excel modeling to showcase cost savings/liquidity benefits.

3. Process Optimization

  • Improve client docs and feedback loops with Product/Engineering.
  • Streamline trading ops for high-volume institutions.

🔍 Who We’re Looking For

Must-Have Skills:

  • 3+ years in fintech/crypto (OTC, prime brokerage, or exchange ops).
  • API fluency – you’ve worked with REST/WebSocket/FIX protocols.
  • Institutional mindset – understand traders’ P&L drivers.
  • Excel mastery – model trading flows and fee structures.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Coding/scripting skills (Python, SQL).
  • Experience with settlement systems (DvP, atomic swaps).
