1. Category Creation
- Own GTM strategy—position Squads as the infrastructure for global USD flows.
- Craft narratives that resonate with both DAOs and SMBs (e.g., "Banking without banks").
2. Content Engine
- Launch viral campaigns: Threads, podcasts, and alpha leaks that make DeFi sexy.
- Build a content moat: Technical explainers, stablecoin reports, and Solana-native memes.
3. Growth & Community
- Optimize funnels: Twitter → Discord → product adoption.
- Partner with influencers, media, and protocols to amplify reach.

✅ Must-Have Skills:
- 6+ years in marketing (fintech, crypto infra, or B2B SaaS).
- Web3-native + enterprise-savvy: Can pitch CFOs and CT traders alike.
- GTM track record: Scaled a product from 0 to 1M+ users (or TVL).
- Data-driven: Lives in Google Analytics, Dune, and Twitter engagement metrics.

- Deep Solana/stablecoin knowledge: Understands SPL tokens, on/off-ramps, RWAs.
