- Develop and execute a unified growth strategy across marketing, sales, and partnerships.
- Lead cross-functional teams to hit KPIs for customer acquisition, retention, and revenue.

- Forge strategic partnerships with protocols, financial institutions, and ecosystem players.
- Optimize resource allocation (budget, talent, tools) to scale growth efficiently.
- Elevate Finoa’s brand through thought leadership at industry events and media.

✅ Core Requirements:
- 6+ years in growth leadership (crypto, fintech, or financial services).
- Proven track record scaling revenue teams in fast-paced environments.
- Deep crypto/finance expertise (institutional products, regulations, DeFi).
- Data-driven strategist with strong analytical and execution skills.
- Exceptional communicator who inspires teams and influences stakeholders.
✅ Bonus Skills:
- Experience with blockchain protocol integrations.
- Knowledge of regulated financial services (MiCA, BaFin, etc.).
- Fluency in German or Portuguese.
