As the LATAM Growth Lead, you’ll be the face of Uniswap Labs in Latin America, driving community growth, partnerships, and adoption of Uniswap’s products.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Embed yourself in LATAM crypto communities (Discord, Telegram, Twitter) as Uniswap’s ambassador.
- Organize local meetups and advocate for Uniswap’s developer tools.
- Forge partnerships with LATAM projects to boost protocol usage.
- Share market intel with HQ to shape regional strategies.
- Triage community inquiries across support, dev relations, and social channels.
🔍 Who We’re Looking For
✅ Must-Have Skills:
- Deep LATAM crypto roots – active in trading/DeFi communities for 2+ years.
- Technical expertise – can explain Uniswap’s protocol, APIs, and wallet.
- Bilingual (Spanish/Portuguese + English).
- Community management experience (Discord, Telegram, events).
- Self-starter – thrives with autonomy in a fast-moving ecosystem.
✅ Nice-to-Haves:
- Existing relationships with LATAM projects, KOLs, or devs.
- Experience with DeFi trading strategies (LPing, arbitrage, etc.).
