LATAM Growth Manager

The role involves setting up and managing P2P business operations, product localization, and regulatory matters. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in Business Development or a similar role at a blockchain/crypto company, financial institution, or bank in LATAM. They should also possess a deep understanding of local communities and the crypto space in LATAM, as well as bilingual English/Spanish skills. Responsibilities
Set-up, sustain and manage the Latin America P2P business, P2P local operations, product localisation and facilitate on regulatory matters
Collect local users, communities feedbacks and competitors' insights to optimize our service offering
Explore collaboration opportunities with local P2P partners, blockchain/crypto communities, associations to expand P2P awareness in LATAM market
Exploring more P2P related partnership
Design and implement go to market strategies to boost P2P volume growth, facilitate content building and promotion strategies
Maintain strong relationships with regulators, banks and payment partners
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current regulations to provide strategic advice

Requirements
6+ years of proven success in a similar role within BD or Business Growth role at blockchain/crypto company, financial institution or bank LATAM
Deep understanding of local communities and crypto space in LATAM
Bilingual English/Spanish is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
