As Partner Manager, you’ll be the bridge between Nansen and crypto’s top players. You’ll:
- Forge strategic alliances with L1s, DeFi protocols, and institutional platforms.
- Drive co-marketing campaigns, product integrations, and revenue partnerships.
- Own relationships end-to-end – from negotiation to KPI tracking.
This is a high-visibility role for a crypto-native relationship builder.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
1. Partnership Development
- Identify and onboard high-impact partners (e.g., Layer 2 teams, DEXs, data aggregators).
- Design joint GTM strategies – think co-branded reports, API integrations, and exclusive dashboards.
2. Cross-Functional Execution
- Collaborate with Product to prioritize partner-driven features.
- Partner with Marketing to amplify launches (e.g., “Nansen x Arbitrum Ecosystem Report”).
3. Growth & Optimization
- Track KPIs (revenue impact, user growth, integration adoption).
- Turn partner feedback into actionable insights for Nansen’s roadmap.
4. Industry Leadership
- Represent Nansen at conferences/events (ETHCC, Consensus, etc.).
- Stay ahead of trends (Restaking, RWA, Intent-Based Trading) to identify partnership whitespace.

✅ Must-Have Skills:
- 3–5 years in partnerships/BD – closed deals with measurable impact.
- Deep crypto fluency – you live and breathe DeFi, NFTs, and L2 ecosystems.
- NYC-based with ability to travel (10–20%).
- Negotiation chops – structured agreements that balance speed and compliance.
