As Product Manager, you’ll own the next-gen USD account for businesses—no banks, no borders, just unstoppable money movement.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

1. Product Strategy & Execution

• Define the roadmap for Solana-based USD accounts (stablecoin liquidity, off-ramps, compliance).
• Ship features that abstract crypto complexity (e.g., “Pay invoices via ACH or USDC in one click”).

2. Cross-Functional Leadership

• Bridge engineering, design, and compliance—turn regulations into elegant UX (e.g., KYC flows).
• Partner with growth to onboard SMBs and enterprises globally.

3. Market & Metrics

• Track adoption (TVL, tx volume, retention) and pivot fast based on feedback.
• Anticipate trends (e.g., RWA-backed stablecoins, MiCA compliance).

✅ Must-Have Skills:

• 5+ years in fintech/Web3 PM roles (launched payments, banking, or DeFi products).
• Deep Solana/stablecoin expertise: Understands SPL tokens, on-chain settlement, liquidity pools.
• Engineering fluency: Can spec smart contract integrations and API architectures.
• User obsession: Simplifies cross-border payments into no-brainer workflows.

✅ Nice-to-Haves:

• B2B fintech experience (e.g., banking-as-a-service, treasury management).
• Regulatory savvy: Knows EMIR, FATF Travel Rule, or stablecoin laws.
