✨ The Role

As a Product Manager, you'll own the end-to-end development of groundbreaking DeFi products, reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer. You'll:

• Define product vision for a key vertical (trading, liquidity, etc.).
• Ship innovative features from ideation to launch on Solana.
• Bridge technical and business needs (smart contracts → user experience).

This isn't just another PM role—you'll help architect the future of finance.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Execution

• Develop roadmaps balancing user needs, business goals, and Solana's technical constraints.
• Lead cross-functional teams (eng, design, BD) to ship high-impact features.

2. DeFi Expertise

• Deeply understand CLAMMs, LP dynamics, and Solana's ecosystem.
• Ensure products comply with DeFi-native (not TradFi) regulatory standards.

3. Data-Driven Ownership

• Define KPIs (TVL, volume, user retention) and iterate based on analytics.
• Conduct market research to outpace competitors like Raydium, Uniswap V4.

🔍 Who We’re Looking For

✅ Must-Have Skills:

• 3+ years PM experience (DeFi/fintech/crypto required).
• Technical fluency in Solana (Anchor, smart contracts) and AMM mechanics.
• Agile leadership – you thrive in fast-paced, iterative environments.
• Computer Science degree or equivalent technical foundation.

✅ Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with Rust, Next.js, or Solana tooling.
• Public contributions to DeFi protocols or DAOs.
