As Product Marketing Manager, you’ll drive Kamino’s growth by transforming technical DeFi innovations into compelling narratives. You’ll:
- Own GTM strategies for lending, leverage, swaps, and vaults.
- Shape Kamino’s voice across social media, newsletters, and partnerships.
- Turn data into stories that attract power users and newcomers alike.
This is a crypto-native role for a marketer who breathes DeFi and thrives in Solana’s fast-paced ecosystem.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
1. Content & Campaigns
- Craft viral threads, visuals, and long-form content that explain Kamino’s products (e.g., “How Kamino Vaults Outperform LPing”).
- Launch co-marketing campaigns with Solana protocols to boost TVL and user acquisition.
2. Data-Driven Storytelling
- Use Mixpanel, Dune, and Kaito to uncover insights and fuel narratives.
- Write institutional newsletters showcasing Kamino’s on-chain metrics and risk frameworks.
3. Community & Partnerships
- Manage Kamino’s X, Discord, and Mirror channels – engage degens, answer FAQs, and build hype.
- Collaborate with BD to turn integrations (e.g., Jupiter, Marginfi) into growth opportunities.
4. Product Alignment
- Work with engineers and designers to simplify complex features into user-friendly messaging.
