As Web3 Marketing Manager, you’ll own the narrative for a frontier DeFi protocol by:
- Launching campaigns that make LPing sexy (think: yield farming, veTokenomics, or novel AMM mechanics).
- 10X’ing community growth with memes, threads, and alpha leaks that only a DeFi degen could love.
- Partnering with devs to translate hardcore tech (think: MEV capture, oracle-free pricing) into user-facing hype.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
1. Growth Hacking
- Design guerilla campaigns (Twitter raids, CT influencer collabs, governance bribes).
- Optimize onboarding—turn “WTF is a gauged vault?” into “Ape now” in 3 clicks.
2. Content & Community
- Pump out threads that break down pool2 incentives like a CoinGecko top trend.
- Arm BizDev with pitch decks that sell TVL like it’s a BlackRock ETF.
3. Data-Driven Decisions
- Track KPIs: CAC per LP, meme ROI, fork-farm defensibility.
- A/B test narratives: “Inflationary rewards” vs. “Yield autocompounding.”

- 3+ years in crypto marketing (DeFi protocols, DEXs, or yield platforms preferred).
- DeFi-native fluency: Can debate Curve wars at breakfast and Uniswap v4 hooks by lunch.
- Growth chops: Scaled a Discord to 10K+ or led a TVL surge campaign.
- Tool mastery: Mirror, Dune dashboards, Telegram bots, Snapshot voting.
